At PlateWrapsUS, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

• All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage at a flat rate of $4.95 per order.

• Expedited shipping options are not currently available.

Delivery Time

• USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location.

• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. PlateWrapsUS is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other factors outside our control.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

• If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at PlateWrapsUS@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

• We will work with USPS to file a claim and, if eligible, send a replacement order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

• Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. PlateWrapsUS is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
